Review integrity

Only verified transactions may review: a shop review must attach to the specific verified repair on the specific VIN. Businesses can respond. Rating distributions are always published, never a bare average. Negative reviews cannot be paid away — we do not sell removal, ever. And the firewall: reviews and stars never alter an evidence state or a condition claim; a five-star shop's inspection is not more true than a three-star shop's.
